Registration by job seekersJobform will not give, rent, sell or otherwise release any of the information you have provided us unless required by law, except : - If you decide to post your resume on Jobform, the information you provide in your resume submission, along with your name and contact information you provide in your Jobform registration, will be accessible to employers, recruiters who purchase access to the resume database. Therefore, you should carefully consider what information you provide in your resume submission. Jobform is not responsible for employers, recruiters who re-disclose your resume information to 3rd parties without Jobform's knowledge or permission. 2. 1 Deleting your account/informationTo completely delete your account and all information (including registration and resume information), login to your account and select the option "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This will completely remove all of your information from Jobform's system. If you completely delete your account and wish to use Jobform's services in the future, you must re-register. 3. Registration by employersJobform will not give, rent, sell or otherwise release any of the information you have provided us unless required by law, except : - The information you provide in your job postings, including the contact information you choose to include, will be viewable by anyone who visits the Jobform web site and should be considered "public" information. Once the data for placing the job advertisements (title, text, categories and region etc.) has been stored, the interested parties publish such data during the specified period of validity of the job advertisement on Jobform and on the job markets of the partner websites. All the data recorded during the business association by the advertisers shall remain on Jobform’s database for an unlimited period as a history so that such customer data can be subsequently used if the business relationship is reactivated at a later date. Payment via PaypalJobform offers users various payable products. Depending on the offer, payment to Jobform can be effected by way of a credit card or following receipt of an invoice. Payment via credit card is effected by the online payment system operated at Paypal. Personal and payment data (credit card numbers) is forwarded directly via Paypal. Jobform does not acquire the details of or store any user payment data. Paypal informs Jobform electronically in respect of the payment status so that Jobform can supply or activate the service acquired by the user.
