1. Recording and storing data

All data entrusted to us shall be stored in the Jobform database. Jobform uses technical and organisational security measures to protect the stored data against manipulation, loss, destruction or against unauthorised access. All personal data entrusted to us shall be treated in strict confidence and shall not be forwarded to third parties. Your password shall be stored by way of a decoding process in the interest of data security.

2. Registration by job seekers

Jobform will not give, rent, sell or otherwise release any of the information you have provided us unless required by law, except :

- If you decide to post your resume on Jobform, the information you provide in your resume submission, along with your name and contact information you provide in your Jobform registration, will be accessible to employers, recruiters who purchase access to the resume database. Therefore, you should carefully consider what information you provide in your resume submission. Jobform is not responsible for employers, recruiters who re-disclose your resume information to 3rd parties without Jobform's knowledge or permission.

2. 1 Deleting your account/information

To completely delete your account and all information (including registration and resume information), login to your account and select the option "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This will completely remove all of your information from Jobform's system. If you completely delete your account and wish to use Jobform's services in the future, you must re-register.

3. Registration by employers

Jobform will not give, rent, sell or otherwise release any of the information you have provided us unless required by law, except :

- The information you provide in your job postings, including the contact information you choose to include, will be viewable by anyone who visits the Jobform web site and should be considered "public" information.

Once the data for placing the job advertisements (title, text, categories and region etc.) has been stored, the interested parties publish such data during the specified period of validity of the job advertisement on Jobform and on the job markets of the partner websites. All the data recorded during the business association by the advertisers shall remain on Jobform’s database for an unlimited period as a history so that such customer data can be subsequently used if the business relationship is reactivated at a later date. If such customer data is not used over a lengthy period of time, jobs.ch reserves the right to delete the customer data without notice.

3. 1 Discontinuing your account

To completely delete your account and all information (including profile and all jobs), login to your account and select the option "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This will completely remove all of your information from Jobform's system. If you completely delete your account and wish to use Jobform's services in the future, you must re-register.

4. Payment via Paypal

Jobform offers users various payable products. Depending on the offer, payment to Jobform can be effected by way of a credit card or following receipt of an invoice. Payment via credit card is effected by the online payment system operated at Paypal. Personal and payment data (credit card numbers) is forwarded directly via Paypal. Jobform does not acquire the details of or store any user payment data. Paypal informs Jobform electronically in respect of the payment status so that Jobform can supply or activate the service acquired by the user. The appropriate data protection provisions of Paypal, which can be viewed at https://cms.paypal.com/ch/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/Legal_Hub_full&locale.x=en_US apply to the storage or treatment of personal and payment data by Paypal. We recommend that you view these provisions before you proceed with the transaction.

5. Third-party Offers

Some of our websites also present third-party offers or links to third-party offers or websites. Jobform does not accept any responsibility for the recording and treating of personal data by such third parties. The appropriate data protection provisions of the respective third parties apply, and we would like to request that you view these before disclosing your personal data.

6. Information Collection

We collect personal information (such as your name, email address and any other details you provide to us that identifies you as an individual) from you when you submit a request for information or when you submit your details for any other reason. Personal information will only be collected with your consent.

Jobform uses such data as evaluation data purely to create statistics, and in an anonymous form, for example to determine the days on which site views are particularly frequent. 6.2 Who may process data

Your personal information may be processed by us in accordance with this privacy policy. We take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data. Personal information will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent.

7. What are cookies ?

A cookie is a small message sent from a website to your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc..). The message is then stored in a file on your hard disk. A cookie file is small, usually 1kb. Cookies help the site recognize you.

Every time you "check in", two cookies are created in your computers memory (RAM) so that we can personalize the service to you.

7.2 How does Jobform use cookies ?

We only use cookies to create your own personalized pages of the site. When you "Log in", we send 2 cookies to your internet browser. Jobform reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments shall be published on Jobform’s website.
